Filler and Capper

The project includes designing and manufacturing a bottle Filler and Capper. The apparatus will be operated semi-automatically, since the loading process will be done manually while the filling and capping processes are automated. The automation presses will be controlled using an Arduino Uno. The requirements were narrowed down into the following four points:

  1. Have minimum user input
  2. Fill one bottle to 750 ml in about 10 seconds
  3. Be within ±15 ml tolerance
  4. Use food grade materials resistance to 40% alcohol by volume

The operation of each equipment are divided into the following four easy tasks:

  1. Place bottles into the apparatus
  2. Press buttons to start cycle
  3. Wait for cycle to finish
  4. Remove bottles from the apparatus
